Sean Baker joined Executive HealthSearch, Inc. in December 2006, having previously lead talent acquisition of Physical, Speech and Occupational Therapists for a contract rehabilitation company.  Sean began his career in healthcare serving as a manager and trainer for a non-profit organization servicing the developmentally disabled in Westchester.  He brings substantial experience in enhancing our service delivery capabilities supervising all phases of the recruitment and placement process of healthcare professionals.  Sean is a highly resourceful recruiter, who innovatively manages research and recruitment initiatives, bringing significant value to our team.
